Terms of service
Last updated: June 2026
The service
Nutria is a nutrition-planning platform for nutrition professionals and their clients, operated by Techbyte OÜ. It lets you build plans, manage foods and nutrients, share recipes and guides, and connect AI assistants through the MCP protocol.
Not medical advice
Nutria is a software tool. Nutrient calculations and energy targets are estimates based on public databases (USDA, BEDCA, Ciqual, CREA) and standard formulas, and do not replace the judgement of a healthcare professional. Responsibility for the content of each plan lies with whoever composes it. Consult a professional before changing your diet, especially with a medical condition.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity of your account. Nutritionist and client accounts have different permissions; a client can only edit their diet when their nutritionist enables it.
Subscriptions and right of withdrawal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions handled by Stripe, with VAT-inclusive prices. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
By subscribing you request that the digital service starts immediately. You accept that once provision has begun, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal granted to consumers. Free trials require no card, so you can evaluate the service without paying first.
Content and sharing
You keep ownership of your content. Marking a recipe or food as public grants other users the right to view and apply it in their plans; sharing is irreversible by design, though you can archive it to stop seeing it.
Do not upload illegal content, content infringing third-party rights, or health data of people who have not authorized you.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change features or these terms; relevant changes will be announced in the app.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Techbyte OÜ is not liable for indirect damages or for dietary decisions made on the basis of user-created content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
