How the plans, gabinete seats and billing work.
How does Solo pricing work?⌄
Solo is €19/month (VAT included) and includes 10 clients. Beyond that you pay per active client: €2 each for clients 11 to 30, and €1 each for clients 31 and up. You only pay for the clients you have, so a lighter month costs less.
What counts as a client for billing?⌄
Only active clients (an accepted connection). Pending invitations are not billed until the client accepts. When you connect or disconnect a client, your fee is adjusted on a prorated basis.
Is there a client limit?⌄
No. We never block you by client count: extra clients are billed at the per-client rate, never rejected.
How does Gabinete work?⌄
Gabinete is for practices with several nutritionists. It is €29/month base (which covers the manager's own license plus shared management and catalog) plus €19/month per extra nutritionist seat. Each nutritionist includes 10 clients, and above that the same per-client rate applies (€2, then €1). It also includes gabinete-private custom foods and menus, sharing and reassigning diets between nutritionists, and a panel where the manager controls which nutritionist works with each client and who can view each plan.
If a nutritionist already has their own subscription, do they use a seat?⌄
No. A member with their own active subscription consumes no gabinete seat and pays nothing extra. Only members without their own subscription are billed as seats.
Can I add client capacity to a gabinete nutritionist?⌄
Yes. The gabinete can add client seats to a specific nutritionist at the same per-client rate, and that capacity is assigned directly to that nutritionist's license.
If I downgrade, do I lose the link to the gabinete?⌄
No. If a gabinete or a member moves to a free or basic plan, the account stays linked to the gabinete (data and membership are kept) but gabinete access is restricted. Moving back to a paid plan restores access.
Do you store my card? How are charges made?⌄
With your consent at checkout, we save your payment method in Stripe to charge the monthly fee, including adjustments for the number of clients. You can cancel anytime: you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Is there a free trial?⌄
Yes. Clients get 7 days of Premium and nutritionists get 14 days of the Solo plan, no card needed. When the trial ends, the account drops to the free plan until you pick a paid one.
Do prices include VAT?⌄
Yes. Displayed prices are final, with VAT included; Stripe computes the breakdown for your country.
